1. Set specific goals on daily sales targets, orders, and SKUs focused on the sales staff team.
2. Deploying sales work through the DMS sales positioning system. Having experience in implementing sales through the DMS system is an advantage.
3. Regularly check, evaluate and review customer lists, routes, and sales route diagrams.
4. Plan output and monitor and evaluate implementation progress.
5. Distributor management in order planning and actual inventory control
